The flat tracks of the ESSENCE SL60 HI² FLAT edition, create a a minimal linear frame of just 25mm. The flat geometry and low height of the tracks make this edition an ideal solution for people with physical challenges and children.
Precision is key. We designed the meeting stile construction on the same unifying principle. The adjoining profile is hidden in the sash. The joint point of the sashes sports the same level appearance of 8mm in both the interior and exterior facet.
Imagine openings that reach 3.500mm. You are free to create them. The meticulously studied reinforcements ensure the system's prime static strength even against extreme weather.
The appliance of Ghost glazing gaskets minimizes the visible facet and renders the gaskets practically invisible. Once more, aesthetic prevails and functionality is not compromised.
The customized system that covers the exterior water drainage system (profile and component) is another feature that upgrades the construction both aesthetically and functionally.

Insulating bars with 25% glass reinforcement of 28mm in tracks (unique in its category) and 18mm in sashes are applied, offering high thermal insulation levels and extra rigidity.
Enhanced customized insulation bars are set both in the central zone and the middle mullion. The system fully meets the high energy efficiency requirements for each project.
The Innovation, ELVIAL I² Technology, is applied on all system's tracks. This way, an extra insulation zone is created in the middle chamber of the profile, boosting the system's energy performance [Uf] by up to 38%. Learn more about ELVIAL I² Innovation.
Α foam insulating profile (LDPE) is fitted at the perimeter of the glazing zone, minimizing thermal energy loss.
Co-extruded gasket on the bottom part of sashes, sealing the track and the adjoining profile for angular constructions.
Expanded polystyrene is set between the interlocking profile and the bottom part of the sashes in the middle mullion improving significantly the energy performance.

This support transfers the glazing weight to the center of the sash, where the rollers of the mechanism are mounted. In this way, the flawless operation of the structure is ensured for a lifetime regardless of the glazing weight.
Stainless steel rail with improved design & reinforced thickness, which ensures the impeccable functionality of the construction even at demanding glazing loads.
New generation joint corners with side caps, in all moving parts, which lead the two-component glue along the joint point and completely cover the chambers.
Mechanical alignment corners with a rotary restraint mechanism are applied to all the sashes, resulting in optimal assembly at all corners of the sash.
There are various reinforcements available in this system designed to match the wind pressure requirement you will prescribe.
